Park your car in the 2 car driveway with one carport spot. Open the front door and you can see through the house out into the open ocean. Walk out into the cabana on the back deck and enjoy rare landscaped privacy, a grass yard, a seawall to keep your boat (and boat ramp on our private HOA road), a fish pond, and easy access to the water. You are at the quiet back of the bay looking straight out into open Atlantic Ocean. To the side of the cabana is an outdoor shower where you can open the port hole in the shower and watch boats coming and leaving from 2 historic marinas while shampooing your hair.
Well maintained, because this has been our home for the last 10 years. If you are looking for luxury or ultra modern, this is not it. Be aware that the bones of this house is a funky Key West trailer home, so there are some lower ceilings including in the shower. The outdoor shower enjoys unlimited height. :-) The kitchen and main bathroom (including a jacuzzi bathtub) both received complete renovations about 12 years ago, but we just finished a complete refresh of painting and almost all new blinds in every room except the main bathroom. 3 wall A.C.'s, and 2 of them are brand new and include heaters. New ventless washer/ dryer in the main bathroom which we just bought last July. The stove/ oven is newer as well, having been replaced recently. Note: there is a dishwasher hidden in the kitchen. :-) The living room, dining room, foyer floor of the house were recently redone including hand stenciled sea shells. We sand and refinish the front and back decks every two years, and they were both just re-done in the last few months. Heavy duty potting or work bench on one of the side yards with bamboo privacy screening. Inground sprinkler system for the grass. We take care of the landscaping and mowing the grass. Banana trees and two mango trees, and one has some mangoes coming in now. And there are two planters hanging on the front deck with culinary herbs.
Note that some pics show parts of the house when we lived there. You will be receiving a mostly unfurnished house. Also, Zillow incorrectly says this is an apartment but it's a home with yard space in front, back, and sides.
