Rocking chairs are on the front deck for enjoying one of the best views in the community. A large rock, wood-burning fireplace with a kitchen that opens to the living and dining area. A large master bedroom is on the main level, and a spacious loft bedroom with a full bath is upstairs. From this property, it is just a short walk to the Chalet Village Community trout pond and private pool for the residents. The monthly rental rate covers water, general grounds, sewer, and HOA fees. The resident is responsible for electricity and internet. This cabin is located in an HOA community that maintains regulations for your safety and enjoyment of the beautiful homes and views.
