Yes to Pets !! We call this apt the "treehouse" it's a bit of a climb up the front and back stairs but what fun it is being high up . No folks with bad knees or shortness of breath need apply . Your apartment has a private entrance up the back steep stairs and a shared front hall entrance . The bedroom has 2 west facing windows, plenty of light but not too early , a queen bed and a great comfy reading chair .. Early light fills the full kitchen . The bathroom with tub / shower is (full disclosure ) very PINK tiled . The living room can be made with dining or home office area or with easy chairs . We'll make up the room to suit your needs .. Great back yard sitting in the evening and a front porch for morning coffee Well , until the snow hits. Then we all shovel together. So full disclosure, this is a place for the fit and hardy.... The "60" bus to Providence is at the end of our street. Transportation center 12 minutes from the porch, as is the ferry dock . Providence airport is 45 minute drive away . Our property is absolutely smoke,tobacco,drug,vape free . Rental dates are flexible ,feel free to contact us with an offer if you can't rent for full 6 months listed . We're hoping for a hardworking diurnal solo person , who wants to be be a part of the Newport experience ,this place is great for getting to know our beautiful city. We're happy to help if you want to put down roots . Long term is preferable ,we are open to short term if your coming in for classes or your forever home isn't quite ready for move in ..Well mannered pets are welcome.
