ACCESS:
Secure building with entrance via main stairway or secured parking garage. There is one free dedicated parking space - any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. Extra parking is available on the street or in the New Belgium parking lot. Elevator makes for effortless access to all levels.

68 Craven St. is located across from New Belgium Brewing Company in the new Landings Condo building. Less than 2 miles from central Asheville and the hospital campus, it is just beyond the hustle, bustle, and noise of downtown.
Nestled just off of the French Broad River greenway, with the River Arts District across the river, and West Asheville just up the hill, you can easily walk or bike to multiple craft breweries, restaurants, and entertainment.

One month rent is required to place your reservation. Balance of total rent is due 60 days prior to the start of your reservation.
$1,000 security deposit required. Refunded at end of rental term, subject to condition of rental unit.
$350 cleaning fee that covers entire stay.
