Th interior of this has home has been remodeled and freshly painted. It is about 2 minutes from Food Lion and Dollar Tree in Lillington. It is a quiet neighborhood. This home has been newly renovated, new flooring, freshly painted and new appliances. Landlord pays for the garbage pickup. Furniture and any other large garbage will not be picked up by the sanitation service. The tenant is responsible for the removal in a timely manner. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
