    What's special

I'v been living here since 2014-august and ready to go camping US/Canada National Parks full-time (possibly-volunteering-when-there)! selling because space rent for double wide MH increased from $371/m (2014) to $444/m (2018) without -ANY- improvements what-so-ever!!!! ... So for anyone who does not mind to much the perpetual increasing rent and extremely poor service (see: Paradise Post Newspaper - journalist ...) and the problems unique to USA where mental-patients are given $13k/year to live on instead of being housed in mental-hospitals that would cost $75k/year, and they ALL end up living here as your neighbors... (!) these are the -Home- details; nice-covered-car-port-with-vines-growing, sky-light where swamp cooler was and a real-modern-AC with remote-control, covered patio(92in x 158in), some-fenced-in-back-yard-(pets-OK), metal-tool-shed(60in x 83in), patio-room-enclosure(92in x 93in), large-clean-painted-concrete-slab-partially-covered(100in x 256in), a 3rd room could be used as home-office or bedroom, furniture can stay with the home... Please Note: Butte County housing Tax wants nearly $500 for home tax assessment inspection before calculating-registering a new higher value for this mobile home in their computers after a significant remodel that went in two parts 2014 and 2017 in which the new home value is not calculated into current tax, those improvements included installing efficient LED lights, (see-photos-recently-added-of-remodel-work) nice drywall mounted throughout home replacing saggy factory ceiling of pressed recycle paper mache from 1969, the electric plugs/switches remain safely flush with old wall surface, see detail photos, a second roof was also built just above original factory roof because in long-dry California summers the sun can deposit approx 90kw/hour energy for up to 7-9 hours/day on this house, so this is blocked from heating original roof of (91m^2) size by the second roof built just above original roof (which-remains-un-touched-and-in-original-factory-condition) also allowing beneficial ventilation between the two roofs of excessive summer heat to dissipate... as well as allowing rain water to roll off new roof and not pool and stay in large puddles for entire rainy season on roof as it was the normal from factory constructed flat roof for home before improvements I made with second proper roof ... without any of these improvements this and all other similar manufactured homes from 1969 are truly worth about $5k ... after 19-APRIL-2018 many of these improvements will be reversed and it will not be fore sale then, you can still make offer, the house will be worth $0-5k again... so don't delay if you want it! when sold this ad will be pulled. please don't email - or - phone asking if it is still available, when sold this ad will be deleted, I don't have internet-phone at house, just show up in person if interested. Banks can make personal-unsecured-loans for older (1969) manufactured homes, this home does not have a permanent foundation ideal buyer is one who hates apartments or condominiums and wants to improve their living conditions by living near trees, deer, squirrels, birds on a tiny plot of land like this in this park but can't afford to buy a normal home with own land because those are so much more expensive ... Video walk trough on (Amazon-drive: https://t.co/HJWEFJHGRa ) Cape Cod Mobile Estates (a formerly 55 and older park) and since 2015 I'm told is open to all ages, the space rent fee $444/m (includes nothing on a 47ft x 57ft == 2726 ft^2 small piece of land) walk trough video on (Google-Drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9MQ0l1WYOCEN3Z5cTFFUnBNWW8/view?usp=drive_web ) if you have questions please come by in person and bring agent or lawyer to represent your self in this purchase if you want...
