Home is north of Palmer 4.3 miles on Hwy 1 Glenn Hwy, just before mile marker 52, turn left on Collier Rd. and proceed 0.4 mi. to 1st turn right on Peter Zell. At the 1st Driveway on left, this cabin is on the right side of the driveway. Owner provides water, sewer, electricity, lawn & driveway maintenance. Tenant provides heating oil, wood, garbage disposal, & sand when needed for entryway.
