House for sale, "AS IS" a FHA home loan will require I fix any issues. Not happening for the price I'm asking. A conventional loan would work best. It's a great little fixer upper. Perfect cheap home for a young couple with some construction skills just starting out and trying to save money.. House needs some TLC, paint, finish enclosed front porch, and touch ups. I figure $10K to $15K would put this house on point. And that still gives you equity of 20 to 30 grand. House had the roof replaced 7 years ago. New air conditioner 10 yrs ago. Septic replaced 11 yrs ago. Everything works as should. House has had a couple appraisals from $125,000 to $150.000. The Appraiser appraised it today 06/19/21 for $140,000 Zillow has it at $137,000 I'm only asking $115.000 for the work still needing to be done. I will not take much less for this house. So all you, we flip house's people, Please don't bother with your low ball bids. I'm not in any financial trouble, I'm not behind on payments. Serious inquiries only please.
