Make this the destination for your beach escape this year! *There is currently a new home construction directly next door, with a possibility of noise and/or small inconveniences of road blockage for brief periods of times on certain days. Pricing has been discounted from original rates due to this, and is reflected in the rates listed here. Due to restrictions on rental terms in the area, we can only accommodate 30 day stays or longer. Please inquire for details about terms available, there are some dates this year that are blocked out/rented already. Pricing for November to March will be higher due to high seasonal demand. The home is fully furnished, pets are a possibility but must be discussed and an extra fee/deposit would apply. Absolutely no smoking in the home is allowed. The only area of the home that you will not have access to is the garage. All guests staying in the home must be disclosed, there is a firm 8 person max for this home, any visitors need to be cleared by owner. There are three parking spaces total - two vehicles can fit tandem in the driveway, and one in the rock pad to the immediate right of the driveway. There is not room for any additional vehicles on site, and the City does not allow street parking outside the home - this is monitored by an outside camera that faces the driveway/street. Guests will be responsible for sales and County tax for the stay of 12.5%.
