Looking for respectful, clean female roommate with no pets to share an updated house now for a minimum 3 to 10 months. Main level has dining area with gas fireplace, bright kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Living room, 1 washroom, and private laundry all on main level with tile flooring. Available upstairs are one large bedroom (approximately 20' long) and large hall area. All upstairs has laminate flooring. You will be sharing the common areas of the house with two female women about 30 years old. Central heat and air-conditioner, and additional air conditioner provided for upstairs, if requested. This is the back 3-bedroom unit of a duplex with limited parking. No green space, but has a fenced patio area. Located in the Woodfield area of London, 10-minute walk to Victoria Park and Downtown London. Maximum adults including you are three; I will be requiring all bedrooms in Spring of 2026 therefore lease is shorter than 1 year, and renewal after March 2026 must be renegotiated. First and last month rent deposit and references required. Students require guarantor signing. Renter is responsible for respectful utility usage including water, heat and hydro, expected to be maintained at the averaged costs from previous tenants, i.e. reasonable heating and cooling temperatures, no open windows when heating or air-conditioning, being respectful with water usage, as it is included in rent.
