Whitney Beach Bay Side has an amazing team of owners that put together some really fun events and ways to meet and say hello to your neighbors and if that wasn't enough there is quite the fun group that plays pickle ball in the mornings. 7) Amenities such as the heated pools and Tiki huts at the beach near the grilling area, tennis and pickle ball as well as a kayak launch and storage. Bring over something to cook and throw it on the grill and sit at the table in the tiki hut, then end the perfect evening watching the sunset on the gorgeous beach right there for you. 8) Like to fish? We got you covered with the historical fishing hut and various places on the dock to prep your fish. By now you must be in love with the community and it is rare that a unit like this one comes available at a great price. Walk in and do nothing.
