Rustic, yet all the comforts of home included a fireplace, A/C, washer/dryer and carport. Renter will need a personal post office box as there is no dedicated mailbox. Located on a gravel/dirt mountain road, an all wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended, our Honda CRV does great. We live on the property further up the road. We provide water, sewer and Internet and pay the first $50 of the power bill each month. Tenant is responsible for remaining power bill and propane bill. Heat must be maintained in the house to prevent freezing. An all wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended for our road. Tenant will be responsible for general upkeep of house and grounds. No smoking allowed inside.
