This rental is located on 10 oak-filled acres, just 5 minutes from the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, 10 minutes from SLO Airport, and 7 minutes to the beach. It is a completely furnished unit, with a generously-sized living area, and half-bath. You'll love sleeping on the comfy memory foam mattress. Two radiator heaters keep you toasty warm during the Central Coast's chilly evenings, and during the warmer months, two tower fans add additional cooling to the wonderful window breezes. For your cooking pleasure, you have the use of two kitchen areas. In the cabin, you are furnished a refrigerator, as well as a Microwave Oven (complete With Air Fryer, Broiler & Convection Mode). Next to the main residence, you also have private use of the covered outdoor kitchen, with stove, sink, refrigerator, and gas BBQ. Enjoy your meals on your private deck among the abundant wildlife, or choose to eat poolside, where there is plenty of seating, and gas fire pit in the patio area, surrounded by lush tropical plants and the enjoyment of the waterfalls. Private parking place is provided. Free once-a-week use of shared washer/dryer (discuss details with landlord). Near the cabin, there is also a horse-shoe pit, corn-hole boards, picnic table, and a wood fire-pit (for seasonal use when burning is permitted). You also have access to the main pool area, including use of a gas fire ring, the pool and Jacuzzi. These are shared with homeowners, and are available for use. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!
