Vintage 1910 Ogden style home from that period. Tall pointed roof, snow slides off, newer roof, pull in drive way two car garage, fenced yard, Apple tree in front that started producing this year, and a beautiful Fir that was a foot tall when I planted it. Fun to drape with garland at Christmas time Partially finished basement, 2 bed 1 small bath, Nice wooden original floor, need to mop with Murphy oil soap and it does fine. doesn't strip it. Needs a bit of work but not much Sturdy thick walls, Cheap power, gas, etc. FULLY Landscaped. Front doesn't grow grass well in summer, but the trees have survived for years. Would do well to replace mulch with rubber mulch to eliminate weed growth in the spring. Plastic sheeting is already installed under mulch there. Shade tree in back yard cools the house in the summer. There is secondary water available, pipe in the front bed, needs work. Newer water heater, newer stove, no fridge, newer chest freezer in basement with key to lock it.
