The great part about you taking over the lease is that your move in costs will be very little. All of the fees I paid upfront will not be required by you. The only thing you would have to pay is the $60 application fee to qualify for the lease. You would do this directly with the office staff here on property who are tremendous by the way. Cable and Wifi are included in the rent already. I have been here since June and this is probably the quietest place I have ever lived and is so convenient to tons of stuff. Harris Teeter, WholeFoods, Restuarants, PNC Arena, Carter Finley and countless other great things. Also super close to I40 and Wade Ave for added convenience. I work downtown and it's less than a 15 minute drive in the morning. If you're interested in me leaving the couch and stools around the kitchen island I am definitely open to discussing that as well. I am really easy going and want to get this lease covered so you will be looking at pretty favorable terms for move in. All you're looking at for move in costs(besides rent) would be 60 dollars to apply with Camden for the lease and we can negotiate good terms for you take over when you qualify. Thanks.
