Currently it is furnished so we are open to ideas here. Has a washer/dryer which both work great. Fridge is newer. New induction oven/stove. Microwave. Water dispenser to get water from Ward. You know the drill, shoveling snow, chopping wood, has 4 wheel drive vehicle. We shovel our own snow so that means you will be responsible for this task. Looking for a 6 month tenant from November-April or potentially May. You pay electric. Get your own wood. We pay gas, internet and trash. DSL and is very good internet.
