We are two Males in our 30's looking for a youngish professional to share our awesome 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment has a large roof deck with spectacular views of the city. Its also has a laundry. The bedroom for rent is large and has a walk-in closet. Please note that this is just a room for rent and not the entire apartment. All applicants will need to have excellent credit. Utilities are usually around $360 a month and are split equally among the 3 housemates.
