Fine home is furnished, has new refrigerator , rent to buy credit. Very large master bedroom that has recliners and TV. Could use half the bed room for nursery, office another bed. I almost listed this as the forth bed room. The second bed room has a desk for remote work. The third bed room has a single bed There are two living rooms downstairs .There is a deck off of the one living room, the sun living room is off of the kitchen there is a basement with washer and dryer. Carpet and furniture are in excellent condition but small pets should be acceptable. First last and sec deposit, I will immediately Do some upgrades as you would like : new stove? New dish washer? New washer or dryer ; all are functioning but older. Rent for two yrs and take an option to buy the house!
