Lauderdale This is not what Zillow claims- there are condos and townhouses on the west side of Palm Aire Village- so prices do not reflect properly on the residential homes/houses. It is not to be confused with Palm Aire in Pomano Beach which has mostly retirees and condos. Bike riding is nice here- lots of people out in the evenings- safe and caring place. Our neighbor is a police officer and there are many others in the area- their vehicles parked in the driveway. Although boat and RV parking are allowed and no restrictions- everyone takes care of the property and it is not unsightly. Will post pics soon
