Welcome to our fully furnished rental for professionals in need of short-term rental (1 - 12 months). Ideal for nurses and medical professionals at Dayton hospitals or those serving Wright Patterson AFB, Wright State University and the University of Dayton. We do not rent out single rooms. No pets unless approved by us and with deposit. This is a nicely updated home in a quiet, desirable neighborhood. Close to parks and shopping. There is one large smart TV and a smaller smart TV. (Spectrum Cable or Satellite TV is optional and not included in rent price) High-Speed Internet, electricity, gas and water are included. All modern furnishings are included in rent price. There is newer carpeting in bedrooms, tile in kitchen, and wood laminate in office, living room. and hallway. Everything is ready for you with three super comfy bedrooms and two baths with plenty of warm blankets and towels. The home office includes a monitor, printer, and high-speed internet. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze with has lots of cabinet space, and newer stainless-steel appliances. Space is open concept with living room and dining room open to kitchen. The newly remodeled and separate laundry room has a large counter for sorting and folding as well as a smaller sink for soaking or hand washable. In the private backyard, you will find a fire pit with chairs on the large patio. Be sure to move them out from under the awning if you want to enjoy a fire or roast marshmallows! The owner pays all utilities (Water, Gas, Electricity, Internet). TV is available for an additional charge. The renter is responsible for lawn mowing, snow removal, and leaf removal. No smoking, vaping, nicotine, or marijuana except in the back yard. We reserve the right to visit the property at any time. You are responsible for mowing, raking and shoveling. We will take care of repairs. Painting or remodeling of any sort is not authorized. We'll get you started with soap, shampoo and paper products but they will not be re-stocked. We are always available, and you can communicate with us via phone or text should you have any issues or questions. Keep in mind we are 1 hour earlier in Kansas We have a security system with outdoor cameras only, for your safety and security. Keyless entry makes it easy to self-check. We will message you with an entry code before your arrival. There is a three-car driveway, an attached one car garage and street parking. The garage in backyard is not available currently but there is a shed that is. A lease can be for 1-12 months. Rent is due on the first day of the month by ACH, debit or credit options available. Rent is 2,200 to 2,500* (see detail below) A late fee of $55 will be charged each day after the 1st. We will need a credit rating of 640-850, plus a background check and vetted income rating. (Zillow can provide these financial and personal documents and checks.) Fill out the short one-page pre-application if you would like a showing. If you decide to move forward, you will provide the application fee to complete formal application which will begin the qualification process. The first month's rent must be paid to hold the home but can be refunded 30 days before the start of the move-in day (or as per lease). 1 month - $2,500 2 - 5 months $2,250 6 - 12 months $2,200 with option of $1,800 if you pay utilities
