Typical lease runs January 1 - December 31, would run initial lease to end on 12-31-23. Rent for the term of the lease will be $1300.00 per month due on or before the first of the month. First months rent and a $1300.00 security deposit (total of $2600.00) will be due at lease signing. All potential tennants must be listed on lease with all that are 18 an older showing Id's. All adult tennants must pass background checks and be able to verify monthly income. No smoking indoors, No pets allowed!! Home is heated by an oil furnace/boiler with baseboard and radiators. Tennant is responsible for purchasing fuel oil, house must be kept above freezing at all times. Tennant is also responsible for electric, phone, internet, trash removal & keeping yard mowed.
