It's a basement apartment, so please be aware that some noise can be heard between the two units. Owner pays all utilities. All outdoor maintenance is handled by the owner, and owners live on-site for any needed indoor maintenance issues. Lease term would ideally be 12 months, but shorter terms can be negotiated. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. No smoking inside the home. Pets allowed. If you have a dog(s), we'd like them to come to the property before leasing to ensure our dogs can meet. The apartment, including the yard space, is completely separate, but we want to make sure the dogs can meet so they won't bark at each other all the time. If you like dogs, there may also be some paid opportunities to dog sit for us, but that's completely optional.
