This neighborhood is very like the quaint towns of yesteryear where people took walks, people said 'hello' to one another and are always friendly. There is little crime in this homey town and it is a great place to raise children or even retire in your later years as this place is like 'paradise'. The schools are rated in the top ten in California when the students are tested and our own children have profited by going to the schools here; furthermore, we can testify to that because we can compare firsthand because we have compared the schools here to the ones in Southern California.
