A credit score below 600 will be denied. Credit history will be weighed in conjunction with all other rental criteria. RESIDENCY HISTORY: We will be verifying residency for the past 24 months uninterrupted. Your rental verification must reflect timely payment, appropriate notice to vacate, no complaints, no NSF Checks, no damage to the property, no violence reported and property was left in clean condition upon vacating.
