The open concept layout of the main area made the house feel bigger and allow the whole family to connect on a daily basis. Friendly neighbors and friends. Close to the schools and surrounding parks. Close enough to the city, non-peak times you are 15 minutes from the University of Florida driving and I have even biked to campus multiple times. There are many amenities for kids to retirement age to enjoy around the neighborhood. I lived in this home from my college years to starting my own family. Work and my mom are the reasons for moving otherwise would have enjoyed staying in Gainesville for another 20 years. Go Gators!
