House is being sold in as is condition which is reflected in price, comps in area are significantly higher in price. House has great bones and even better location. I have a contract on the house. I am entertaining back up offers but to be fair I wanted the price to reflect the back up offers not my original price. I don't wish to waste anyone's time by stating a lower offer than what I have as back ups.
