Sharp Flats, LLC's east side apartments are located within an adaptive re-purposing of a mid-century modern motel located on Wabash Avenue. An adorable studio will be available in August 2024 for any college student in the Terre Haute area. The apartment comes furnished with a twin bed, dresser, desk and chair, floor lamp, and minor kitchen amenities (toaster oven). The kitchenette is located adjacent to the bathroom. Apartment complex includes a community kitchen in addition to the kitchenette. Sharp Flats, LLC, is a student rental company. We will not rent to anyone who is not available to provide proof of his or her current status as a student. We have studios available starting May, June, July, and August 2025. Our location is the closest off-campus housing to Rose Hulman Institute of Technology. We offer furnished studios with all utilities included, featuring private bathrooms, kitchenettes, full size refrigerator, full size bed, desk, storage, ample parking, and on-site laundry. Prices are based on single student occupancy.
