Looking for a responsible tenant to rent a furnished private room in a well-kept, peaceful home. The room includes a bed, nightstand, dresser, TV, and sitting chair with side table (not pictured) just bring your suitcase! Bathroom is shared with one other person and is kept clean. The entire house is clean, quiet, and maintained with respectful housemates. For peace of mind, the home is equipped with security cameras and a monitored alarm system. Lease length is negotiable, 6-12 months at time, and you and the property will be protected by a written lease. No smoking in the house. Pets are negotiable depending, I have two cats and would PREFER not to live with anymore animals, however, I am open to a dog. You are expected to maintain cleanliness in the shared spaces.
