Hello! I am traveling abroad to Germany for a couple of months and need to sublease my furnished apartment/townhouse. This townhouse is amazing, hence why I want to sublease it so I dont lose it! It has: - two stories - king bed and makeup vanity - huge walk in closet - living room w/ couch, tv, and little dining set - oven, fridge - one full bathroom -several windows (it is the corner apartment!! very rare) I designed it pretty girly and will keep it furnished besides taking out small items and all my personal things. I am looking for a college student (WOMAN) to rent for a while. You would be considered my roommate to my leaser but they know you are subleasing from me, its just for their documents to legally back them. These townhomes go for $2,250 currently and there are no vacancies besides mine. This is a really great deal. I posted it awhile ago but I forgot to respond to all the inquiries so I am sorry if you were one of those people; I just finished summer school so I will be much more active in renting this place out as it is time sensitive. Water is ALREADY included in the rent Electricity & wifi are NOT included in the rent. Parking spot is $50 a month ONE PERSON MAXIMUM This lease goes from August until March 20th, 2023.
