The home was built by Mr Chapman back in 1930. When purchased the bathroom was completely redone, All floors but kitchen and living room we're done with laminate. Living room has original natural hardwood. Home actually has 3 bedrooms but 1 was turned into the family Tarheel Tarpit a.k.a. entertainment cavern. Interior completely repainted. Natural 1.5 inch hardwood panelling in dining room (only house I have ever seen with walls of this type) which is something that has to be seen in person to really appreciate. We are loving our 1st home and are looking forward to spending our lives together here.
