Up the stairs you will find the primary bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom, king size bed and walk-in closet, while the secondary bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. High quality bed linens and towels are provided. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer on the second floor. The monthly rent is inclusive of all utility bills - electricity, natural gas, water, trash, internet. (*Should the electricity, natural gas and water usage exceed $350/month, tenant is responsible to pay any overage.) First months rent, security deposit and $150 move out cleaning fee will be due at lease signing. This is our personal home that is well cared for and loved and that we currently live in with our dog and cat.
