We're three blocks from Livingston Park and the Farm and Flower Market, and just two blocks from Angela's Pasta and Cheese Shop. It's also a 15-minute walk to downtown. There's plenty of storage in the attic plus a shared washer/dryer in the basement for your use. Cats and small dogs are negotiable with an additional fee. First month's rent and a security deposit are required before move-in.
