LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE(S) Hello! I am a JMU alumni and currently a graduate physical therapy student. I am 23 years old and a full time student. I will now have 2 bedrooms available for rent starting April 20th! I am very clean and organized and mostly keep to myself. Also, I want to make it known before any inquiries that I do own a cat who is not friendly to other cats. Would prefer no pets please unless it's caged. Details: Rent: approximately $670 a month plus water/electric utilities. (Currently me and my roommates pay about $45-$60 each depending on the weather) Bathroom: there will be a SHARED bathroom between the 2 roommates. Bathroom is spacious with a full tub/shower and linen closet. It will be furnished with shower curtain/ bath mats/ handtowels.
