Private room for rent in a 3 bedroom house. Your room is decent size, big enough for a king bed and there is a large closet as well. You would share a bathroom with one other person. The house has a 2 car driveway, decent size yard, washer and dryer and AC + ceiling fan in your room. House is a 3 min walk to the beach. Rent is $1250 + deposit. Looking for someone who can commit to at least 4 months of rental. About us: 2 females in their early 30s. We keep the space clean. We have a laid back vibe. We stay active with going to the beach a lot / surfing. I have a 4 year old son who lives with me, he's super easy going and is in school full time. You: We would prefer a female but would be open to a male.
