The studio is attached to a 3-bedroom house that I rent out long term to 3 adults. There is a laundry and dryer that is available for use on the property. If you require off-street parking, it may be available but only fits compact cars. Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The beach is a short 3-5min walk away. It's a very quiet local beach where turtles often come to rest. The rent is $2000/month + GE tax which includes water and electricity. Rent and deposit paid in advance. No pets allowed.
