Home is in good shape in a great neighborhood. The roof, fence, and HVAC were all replaced a few years ago. Carpet will be replaced when I move out. There is lots of space in the basement, both finished and unfinished, that I have been using for storage and small projects. I put in a butterfly bush right by the kitchen, and there's honey suckle growing over the fence; there's a large cherry tree out front. I will be right down the street if anything comes up.
