There is also a laundry room on the main floor. In the walk out basement below, there is a spacious game room with plenty of seating and a pool table for the use of the tenants. On the main level there are two unfurnished bedrooms and an unfurnished master bedroom. We are seeking $1150 for the 15' x 17' Master Bedroom (which comes with its own bathroom and walk in closet- 7' x 5'). And $850 for each of the single bedrooms (11'x17' and 12'x13') which share a bathroom. We are seeking tenants for each of these three rooms. We are seeking 6 month leases with tenants. Pets are available on a case-by-case basis on the owner's discretion. If you have a pet, an additional $50/ month will be added to your rent. We require one month's worth of rent for a security deposit, two if you have a pet. There is an in-site application fee (background check, paid via credit card).
