Requires high-clearance vehicle to access as the cabin is located at the top of a steep dirt driveway. 3mi from Mancos town. 1 pet is ok, but there is no fence. There are other friendly pets on the property. Renter pays electric (Empire) and internet (Hughes net works ok, otherwise AT&T does ok, and Starlink will work). Also renter pays trash if you want haul away service (from the end of the driveway). And you'll need a P.o. box, as there is no mail box. Very important note: This property is currently on the market, under contract. There maybe occasional showings. 24 hours or more notice will be given. Owner pays water. Tenant pays electric and internet. Month to month lease.
