The extra space is in the large front room and larger kitchen, which are both on the main floor. Down the stairs from the kitchen leads to a very spacious family room, bedroom/office, and laundry room/three-quarters bathroom. Up the stairs from the kitchen leads to a primary bathroom, two bedrooms, and the master bedroom, with the master bathroom. The home is a perfect size for us, two adults with five younger children. This has been a little-to-no maintenance house for us, as I believe it will be for the next owners.
