The house has one bedroom, one bathroom (you walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom), living room, kitchen, screened-in porch, in-house washer and dryer, private parking spot. There is room for a couple small gardens. It has a small, fenced-in yard and a shed for outdoor storage. The house feels very private and quiet. It is at the end of an alley and cul-de-sac, next to two churches and the DWP open space meadow. We are lucky to have wonderful neighbors. The house is unfurnished (besides curtains). It is heated with a propane heater. The attic was air-sealed and insulated with R70 in 2022, so it's more comfortable than many old houses in Bishop. It has new laminated vinyl plank floors from 2021. The rent is a month-to-month lease, but we are hoping to find someone who wants to be there for a while. Rent: $1800/mo. Water, sewer, trash, and recycling included. A cat or dog upon approval - it must be very nice and well-trained.
