This log home was built in 1995, and is centered on 35.36 acres of land. The placement of this home gives you a million dollar view of America the Beautiful, "Pikes Peak". When approaching the log home you'll see a new asphalt roof (2022), and newly painted exterior. Once you've entered the home your eyes are drawn to the enormous river rock fireplace, that leads all the way up to the 16ft cathedral ceilings, and Enterprise Wood/Coal Stove. The kitchen and living room are one open space, that gives the area a welcoming and spacious feel. Included in this log home is 3 bedrooms with hardwood flooring, and 2 bathrooms, with marble flooring, that have been newly remodeled. It also has an additional office/ guestroom, a walking pantry, and an enclosur, that has the laundry area included. With all the amazing features this log home has to offer, let's not forget the property itself. The 35.36 acres has been left mainly to fallow, which has allowed the wildlife to graze and bed. The pronghorn that visit the property enjoy the prairie pothole, just left of entering the driveway.
