Short term rental 30 to 90-days. Our simple beach shack is close to everything, making it easy to visit all town has to offer, beaches to restaurants - all just a short walk away. It's a very casual space that makes for a great central base - suiting both the Slowmad lifestyle, and location independent creatives. You can watch the ocean while making breakfast, and later find a quiet nook to read or work, before spending time exploring town by foot. The shack has two floors plus the loft space which is accessed by ladder. On entering our home you can either go up a few stairs to enter the living areas to the left, and the small bedroom with en suite bathroom to the right. Or go down a few stairs and find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the lower level. Bedroom One: Queen Bed (lower level) Bedroom Two: Full Bed and desk space (lower level) Bedroom Three: Twin Bed (main floor) Bonus Loft Space: Two Twin Beds - accessed by ladder Bonus Reading Room on main level: Built-in-bench Bonus room with built-in daybed off the two lower bedrooms Deck space & Courtyard Guests have access to whole house other than the garage which holds stored items.
