Electric and Water bill will be prorated between Unit 1 and Unit 2. The Tenant shall pay their proportionate share, as calculated and provided by the Landlord each month. No smoking Tenant agrees to maintain the outside of the premises in a clean and orderly condition including Trimming bushes and plants as necessary.
