The actual amount will vary unit by unit depending on the size and rent rate for the unit that you are choosing. Generally speaking, one-bedroom units will see an increase of $200-$250 per month, and larger units such as 3 and 4 bedrooms will be $750-$800 per month. Here is how these options look. Upon approval but before signing, Lessee(s) may either: 1) Select the full 1-year term at the higher rate (specifics will be given at time of approval), OR instead you may 2) Decline this Option and agree to a Lease with the alternate terms and DISCOUNTED RATE as described above. We will ask for your group's preferred Option upon your approval. Units that prefer the shorter Option will be asked to sign a Rejection of the 1-year Lease at the time of signing.
