It's a dead-end street with no through traffic. * Pet- and kid-friendly; up to 2 dogs or 2 cats * Partly-furnished with some furniture (1-2 queen beds, kitchen bar stools, desk, couch); can remove anything not needed. * Dishwasher, laundry machine, dehumidifiers. Tons of storage space and closets Owners prefer to continue to pay for all utilities for a total of $3,900/month rent (includes electricity, natural gas, water and super fast internet - typically ~$500-600/month) to keep everything simple; but could transfer to you if you prefer. If utilities are used irresponsibly and cost more than $600/month on average the renter would be expected to pay the excess. We currently have a biweekly cleaning service that you could choose to continue. - Pets allowed (up to 2 pets). - Off-street parking for 4 vehicles. - NO SMOKING - Tenants are expected to report any major maintenance issues before they become larger issues. Immediately report any water damage or pest infestations. - Quiet hours from 9pm-6am; this is a quiet street and we don't want any neighbors submitting noise complaints. - No firearms or fireworks - Security deposit of $4000 Minimum Qualifications: - Credit score of 700+ is preferred - Must gross at least 3 times the monthly rent - Must be able to move in within 30 days from the availability date - No utility accounts in collections - No felonies within the last 7 years - No evictions within the last 7 years - If rented to multiple cosigners, all parties on the lease are jointly and severally liable for paying rent in full
