UPDATE We will in fact have to hold an open house of sorts to show the apartment. The hours will be on Saturday the 21st from 11a.m. till about 1p.m. I will be letting a few people in at a time to see the apartment and to answer any questions you may have. The place will be clean and all social distancing protocols will be followed. On a bus rout close Kenwood, Hyde Park, Oakley, and Norwood. No smoking inside apartment and there will be a non refundable $200 deposit for pets. Depending on the what and how many pets there may be an increased pet rent. I usually hold open houses for my apartments but with the current circumstances I'll be holding private showing only for people who are very interested and ready to move. There is a great community of people that already live in the building and this is the last unit available. There is also a $20 application fee.
