    Property for sale. 2000 model year Clayton mobile home on 1.6 acres. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Home has been affixed to the property with 6" block foundation and 8" deep concrete footers on the foundation. Mobile home has been de-titled for bank purposes. Chain link fence all the way around the perimeter of the property. Home has metal roof. All the gutters and downspouts are new with underground drain system for all 5 downspouts that distributes the water to 2 different exits at the back of the property. The drain system was laid with 440 ft. of pvc sewer line (no corrugated pipe). The front and back porches are new with all pressure treated lumber and steel. The home has carbon water filter system on the main water line going into the home. There are 2 crawl space access doors at each end on the back of the home. Front and back doors have new locks. Comes furnished with almost new washer and dryer. The refrigerator is a brand new stainless steel french door with freezer on the bottom. Has electric stove and dishwasher. There is a fireplace in the living room as well but I have never used it. 3 miles\2 turns from interstate 81 exit 30. 40 minute drive to Tri-cities or 1 hour drive to Knoxville or Sevierville.
