A short walk to the village for the local eateries, and just a couple blocks south to the trailheads for scenic hikes or walks through National Forest land. House is fully furnished, but we can also rent it partially furnished or unfurnished. Renter pays all utilities. Pets are something we can discuss, and we're favorable to cats and small dogs. We do require renter's insurance, but if you've never had it you should know it's pretty inexpensive, around $150.00, and it protects you from losses and also us, the owners. We generally prefer not to rent to multiple parties who intend to share the property. It can get complicated. We're okay if you can qualify for the rental on your own income and then rent out a bedroom, but we'll need to discuss this type of arrangement, and we'll need to have any sub-renters application and contact info.
