I have a one bedroom, one bathroom condo for rent in the Imperial Oaks complex two turns away from the Rybolt exit of I-74. The complex is across the street from shopping (Meijer, Kohl's, GameStop, Payless, etc.). I'm offering a one year lease to start that will turn to month-to-month automatically afterward. Your heat, water, and condo fee are all paid by me. Laundry rooms are on each floor of the complex so they are not crowded. The condo is on the first floor, so it keeps electricity bills down in the summer and has the least steps of the others in the complex. The condo has been freshly painted and has brand new carpet. It is equipped with a stove and refrigerator. It also comes with its own on-site storage unit, and your own parking space with additional spaces for visitors. There is a pool, tennis/basketball court, and rentable clubhouse for residents. This is a safe community with little noise and security doors on each building. Due to Imperial Oaks policies, I cannot accept pets as much as I would love to (sorry!). I have been in the business since 2004 and have yet to raise the rent for any of my tenants, regardless of how long they stay on a lease. I also offer a discount on rent if you pay early.
