You could even start a business like a bed-and-breakfast build some treehouse and rent them out it would be the perfect spot for something like that since there’s so much Activities to do within 10 minutes of the property. There’s also a beautiful campground in the community called Abram’s Creek Campground and they have horseback riding beautiful river and beautiful trails to go hiking. It’s really a magical place in a safe fun area for family and tons of things to do we have Dollywood in Gatlinburg 55 minutes away. Cades Cove in Townsend. .
